The restaurant Tantaluna in Corralejo, Fuerteventura is famous for their excellent food, presented in an original style. Their Spanish gourmet specialities are Paella, Cabrito, Lamb shoulder and succulent meat, but they also offer the international cuisine. Highly recommended for a fine dining experience.
