Dear Reader, tourist and resident, in this issue one of our focuses is the geologic history of Fuerteventura – the oldest island of the archipelago – and to give some info about where to look for evidence on the different series of volcanic and marine events that formed this island into what it is today. You’ll be surprised to learn that this “pile of rubble” is showing so much dynamics, almost like a living organism. Another focus is on vegetarianism and veganism – how to maintain our body, another living organism, into good shape but without putting much stress on it or on other living organisms, especially those with a proven conscience; history, health info in a nutshell, advice on how to try it out at home and places where to order dishes.
