Fuerteventura Recipes: Mixed Butters.
For all recipes: take the butter out of the fridge at least 1 hour before start.
Tomato Butter250g Butter
15g Dried tomatoes
3 Cloves of garlic, peeled
3 Black olives, without stone
1 Teaspoonful Tomato paste
Salt
Tomatoes, garlic and olives have to be chopped, very fine. Put all into a bowl and mix together with tomato paste and butter. Add salt to your taste. Very tasty on any type of bread with Jamón Serrano.
Anchovy Butter
250g Butter
30g Anchovy fillets
1 Tablespoon spring onions or parsley, chopped
Salt
Chop the anchovy fillets very fine. Mix butter, spring onions and anchovy fillets in a bowl. Add salt to your taste. Apply on brown bread as a starter.
Garlic Butter with Honey.
250g Butter
5 Cloves of peeled garlic
1 Tablespoon of honey
Salt
Chop the peeled garlic. Mix butter, garlic and honey in a bowl. Add salt to your taste.
