Spirit of Fuerteventura

Fuerteventura Travel Guide & Lifestyle Magazine

Activities like strolling along beaches and the coast as well as surfing, paddle, diving, sailing or biking till guided hiking tours on the South of the island are here on offer by plenty of businesses – for apprentices or experienced visitors. A German bakery, several small bars and cosy restaurants with local and international kitchen will spoil anybody. Shops and manufacturing activity are mostly family-based like the supermarket, a goldsmith, a barbershop, dog grooming, tax consultancy, real estate office, insurances, interior decoration, souvenirs and a Tourist Info Centre – everything that leaves you well pampered. The medical attention is fulfilled by the local health centre. And a regular bus service connects you to the surrounding areas. For restless and intellectual minds, even art and creativity are represented here by a well-known artist and by a shop promoting recycling ideas.
All that said... an aspiring small fishing village.
